Three minutes. Two verses. No trick questions.

Aug 24, 2020

Today’s reading is from 1 Peter 3:11-12

"Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

"For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

Take a few moments to meditate on these verses.

Now, take some time to think about and answer these questions:

11. What instruction is given to us? Avoid evil and follow (ensue) peace.

12. What attitudes does the Lord adopt toward the righteous and the evil? He hears the prayers of the righteous and is against the evil.
